Welcome to A Pretty Penny

Hello, and welcome to A Pretty Penny, my brand new craft blog. I am Catie.

I absolutely love to craft, and trying new things is my favorite. Currently I'm learning to crochet amigurumi, my mother is teaching me to sew, and I am always looking for new projects. In the past I have made magnets out of clear marbles, photobooks, and a ton of other things.

This blog won't be limited to traditional crafts. I love interior design and baking, and everything in between. Any of my creative projects can and will show up here at any time.

In addition to crafty stuff, I love to write. I have also started a writing blog: catherinewgunn.blogspot.com

Catie is a college student in Atlanta, Georgia. She loves to do any craft, especially ones she can do with friends. She is also a writer, and has a second blog about her writing. Once she finally gets out of school, she hope to teach high school computer science.

About Penny

Penelope is a four year old Maine Coon cat. She lives with Catie in a tiny apartment. Her hobbies include chasing catnip mice, pushing things off of other things, and meowing a lot. She loves to help Catie with her crafts, and will often sit on top of unfinished projects.
